All orders are shipped no later than 5 working days of receipt (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm). Orders received between 4pm to 5pm on Friday are due for processing by the following Monday.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Most of our products have free shipping but if there are shipping charges the rate charged is based on the weight of your products, dimensions of product/packaging, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a change to not place your order. If an item goes on back order, when the item becomes available, we will ship you the order. If part of your order is in stock, we will ship the partial order and when the backordered item becomes available, we will ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping for the second shipment.
