Coverage

Covered against manufacturing defects and premature wear for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation.

If a defect is confirmed, the manufacturer will replace the affected material with the same or a substantially similar product.

• Burns, tears, cuts, pulls, or shredding
• Use of improper cleaning products
• Extreme environmental exposure

• Heavy equipment or abnormal use
• Acts of nature or extreme conditions

Installation Requirement

Proper installation is required for warranty validity. Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Woven vinyl flooring products sold by BlueWater Marine Carpet Inc. are designed for high-performance use in both indoor and outdoor environments and are backed by a manufacturer’s limited warranty.

Coverage

• 10-Year Limited Warranty (standard use)
• 3-Year Limited Warranty (athletic facilities or golf spike environments)

Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a defect is confirmed, the manufacturer may repair, replace, or refund the product at their discretion.

• Improper installation or subfloor issues
• Abuse, misuse, or neglect
• Scratches, scuffs, cuts, burns, or indentations
• Rolling loads or improper carts
• Stains (asphalt, rubber wheels, etc.)
